Return Policies DOA (Dead on Arrival): If the item you have received is defective, dead or non-functional, you can contact us within 10 days from the end of the auction and request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To issue and RMA number, we require a close-up picture of the item and a full description of the problem.
