Among those that I need to give up is my vending route. This auction is for a working Dixie-Narco Hi-C juice box vending machine. I had this machine on location, but in an effort to cut back on my vending business and increase my baseball card sales, I'm offering this up. This machine has 10 selections. For some damn reason, for the past 10 years or so, I have only been vending the juice boxes out of rows 1,3,7 and 9. Row 5 would work, but I quit using it because the coil was bent in a spot and more than 1 juice would vend at a time. I quit using that row, in order to force the buyers to purchase another selection...due to the juice boxes putting an expiration date on there and wanting to keep the inventory fresh. The selections are set for 50 cents per juice box. Quarters work the best and have done so, since about 1990. Other coins work occasionally. The dollar bill validator never worked from day 1. There is a plastic piece that promoted my mother-in-laws business where I used to keep this machine. When you buy this machine, you can remove that piece and give back to me for my mother-in-law. Then, you will be able to have another vendor make a new piece for you to advertise whatever you want to on the front. It's possible, if you contact Dixie-Narco, that you could purchase some sort of conversion kit to allow the vending of bottles and/or cans. I'm not sure. I do know that when you buy the Hi-C juice boxes on sale for $2 per case and then sell them for $5 per case...that your profit margins are pretty dog gone good.
