Product description: You never need to roll your patient or raise their leg when applying traction with The Dixie Traction Device (DTD). Allows you to work around any hip or groin trauma. There is NO uncomfortable ischial bar to deal with, so any concerns of your causing unnecessary pressure and additional pain are not an issue. Popular anti-shock pants can be quickly and easily applied over the DTD. One person can properly apply the DTD in less than 2 minutes. The traction pole instantly adjusts for adult, child or pediatric use. The DTD comes complete with a convenient 9 1/2" wide by 3 1/2" tall storage pouch & easy-to-follow instructions. Weighs less than 20 ounces. Now you can easily carry a traction device in your trauma box, jump bag or first aid kit.
