Up for auction is a two-piece complete DPF cleaner and thermal re-generator set. The first enclosure pictured is the DPF Cleaner. This unit does need shop supplied air pressure to operate. Most DPF filters only need to be run through this DPF cleaner once for 15 minutes in order to be rated as clean and ready for regular use. In the cases when the DPF cleaner indicates that the DPF filter is still not completely clean, you would then place the filter in the DPF Thermal Re-generator which heats up to 1000 F in order to loosen clogged particles within the filter. After placing the clogged filter in the thermal re-generator, the filter would then once more be placed in the DPF cleaner. Both units are currently installed and ready for testing here in Miami, FL by any interested parties. The shop purchased these two units for over $20,000 but wishes to sell them as the business is in need of funds. Most shops charge $300 per DPF Cleaning, and an additional $200-400 per DPF Thermal Re-generation. As such this machine can quickly pay for itself if regularly used. Both units are located in Miami, FL. We can arrange for over the road shipping to any where in the lower 48 states, as well as load the unit into a container for over seas shipment.
