Hello, and many Thanks to all the users that helped us make it to our 15th year anniversary here on ebaY !! You are bidding on 1- Lead Lined Solid Core Door ~ 24"W x 84"H x 1"Thick ~ RADIATION & XRAY SHIELDING CLINIC DOOR. This door was used in an old vet clinic and has approx. 1/8th inch thick solid lead plates covering EACH SIDE of the birch cores. The door shown is a 36"W (sold), but the 24" is identical in style/color. There are TWO lead plates giving you a total of approx. 1/4 inches of lead shielding from radiation exposure. This door weighs at least 200 pounds! We are remodeling some rooms at our humane society animal shelter here in Lumberton, and are hoping to sell it to offset some of our costs.
