The control panel measures 48" x 60" x 20" and features a Siemens micrometer variable frequency drive, fusible disconnect, and a 3 kva step down transformer. This mixer is new from 2007 and is in excellent condition. The overall footprint of the mixer is 78" x 55". This Wenger double arm mixer extruder feeder is a continuous, stainless steel machine, with a powerful 5hp motor and the capacity to operate at 1770 rpm. The mixer features a 48" long mixing chamber, (2) 4" round top mounted input ports, and a 4" x 3" flanged discharge port on the end opposite of the drive. The mixing shafts turn in opposite directions, with each shaft having rows of adjustable angle paddles at 60 degrees, spaced 5" apart down the length of each shaft. The mixing chamber has (6) liquid ports on top and (6) on the bottom, and (4) hinged gasketed access ports with safety interlock switches on each.
