Price Drastically Reduced for 1 week Used Douglas SD-16 Commercial Pot, Pan, Rack, and Dish Washer and Sanitizer Great Condition! Perfect for larger items! Great for bakeries! Has Sprayer on the side 208v Measurements on this item are approx 82" H x 51" L x 40" W This machine was removed from an upscale bakery that recently closed its doors- Everything was in excellent working condition when removed on 8-11-2014. However, we are unable to "fully" Re-test this unit in-house, and as with all items we are unable to test personally, it is being sold as "Untested", (even though we did see it working prior to removal) As can be seen in pictures, this machine is in great cosmetic condition and you can tell it was well maintained and cared for. We have VERY competitively priced this item to move fast-- these typically sell USED for $4500-$6500, (new I believe these were $20k+) and the used ones I have seen were not in nearly as nice of condition as this one. This unit will not last-- grab this deal before it passes you by! There WILL be a specialty crating fee on this item of $125 for the necessary supplies (unless you are picking this item up directly and loading into a moving truck, trailer, etc) This is a VERY heavy item and WILL REQUIRE a forklift, loading dock, etc to unload!!!!! Important notice regarding REFRIGERATED Items: Due to varying shipping regulations, some refrigerated items MAY require the removal of refrigerant prior to shipping. Occasionally, due to the age of some units, the parts holding the refrigerant lines may become frail and come apart during the normal moving and delivery process. If this happens, some refrigerant may leak out causing the unit to need to be recharged. This is a very simple process and is generally less than a $100 cost to buyer.
