Dover XH Series air-bearing XY scanning stage, 300 mm x 250 mm travel   Dover Instruments XH series air-bearing XY scanning stage system with high-performance linear encoders, brushless DC linear servo motor drives, cable management system, mounted on 46” x 46” x 8” black granite with heavy-duty welded frame base. Includes DMM 2004 motion controller. Purchased new in 1995; used sparingly in a single large-area scanning microlithography system.
