Doyon DL18S countertop dough roller S.N. 0002041 Dimensions: 21.5"W x 12.5"D x 31"H Approximate weight: 77 lb. All stainless steel welded construction Heavy-duty, maintenance-free 1/2 HP motor with sealed, permanently lubricated ball bearings for trouble-free operation Sanitary plastic position rollers eliminate dough buildup Quick change index system, simple adjustments for dough thickness Four legs with fitted non-slip rubber boots Recommended for dough with a moisture content of 50-60% Lower plexiglass shield is cracked but still functions. Purchased by a new restaurant to use for flat bread but decided go with focaccia and loaves. PayPal (add 3%), cash or money order/cashiers check. Please contact me for a shipping rate.
