The DOYON JA20 Convection Oven is a powerful option for commercial kitchens in need of high capacity. This electric oven has the ability to fit 20 full-size pans or more, making it an essential piece of equipment for large-scale baking operations. While new models can cost over $20,000, this refurbished gem is available at a significantly lower price point. Please feel free to contact me, Doug, with any questions about this oven. While it is sold as-is and without warranty, I am willing to assist with local pick-up and arranging shipping for out-of-town buyers. The oven is located in Cudahy, WI, just a short distance from Milwaukee. Visit the manufacturer's website for more information about the JA-20. The oven features a steam option and has been updated with new silicone gaskets for cleanliness and reliability. While the exact manufacturing date is unknown, it is believed to have been produced in 1995. Despite its age, it is in good condition and has plenty of life left in it. However, it is important to note that the oven requires 3-phase electric power, which may not be suitable for all kitchens. As the seller, I made the mistake of purchasing the oven before realizing my new building only had gas hookups. Don't let my error go to waste - take advantage of this great deal!
