Hello! Take advantage of this great deal on a wonderful machine! I wish we could use this oven in our bakery! Buy just in time for busy CHRISTMAS baking! Unfortunately, we bought this oven thinking we were moving our little bakery into a big building. Turns out, we ended up moving our little bakery into a little building and this oven was too large to fit through the incredibly small 36-inch opening to our new kitchen area. Plus our new building has a good supply of gas, so we are going to find a gas oven to do our baking. This oven is 3-phase electric, common in the food industry and bakeries in general. So we decided to sell this beauty, lest it become an expensive paperweight. Please feel free to ask me ANY questions during this sale. I want this oven to go to a GOOD home. Here's some information about this model of convection oven: Doyon’s 54" Electric Convection Oven (JA20) is a high-production unit for all your baking needs. This convection oven has a capacity of 20 standard sheet pans (18” x 26”). It has impressive performance and will reach baking temperature in 15 minutes. The JA20 features Doyon’s patented Jet Air System. The system works by moving air in one direction for 2-1/2 minutes, stopping for 25 seconds, then moving air the other direction for 2-1/2 minutes. The air circulation allows products to bake more evenly than in competitor’s units. Doyon’s 54" Electric Convection Oven is versatile enough to work in many commercial foodservice establishments. Not sure how long ago this happened, but doesn't appear to be an issue. Several screws loose in top oven. Not sure how long ago this happened (maybe when moved?), but doesn't appear to be an issue. Oven has normal wear and tear that you'd expect from being about 20 years old. Only 16 of the 20 racks are available. I didn't notice this when they delivered the oven to me, but replacement racks are readily available from Doyon or other places. This oven is very clean and has new silicone door gaskets installed.
