Doyon SM302 Commercial Bread Slicer This slicer was purchased for use in a restaurant, however shortly after its purchase, a decision was made by the restaurant's management to go with pre-sliced bread, so the slicer is no longer needed and is being sold. When we say, barely used, we truly mean the lightest of use in restaurant terms (approximately 10 minutes a day over a period a few weeks, altogether less than 10 hours total.)
