If you’re looking for a quick and easy way to slice bread, the Doyon bread slicer is your answer with the SM302B model capable of slicing up to 140 loaves with a thickness of 13mm. A gravity infeed chute and loaf pusher help draw the loaves toward the blades, after which they can be held or wrapped on the packing shelf on top. The Doyon SM302B bread slicer Featuring a device for bagging the bread once sliced and a tray to collect the crumbs, productivity is enhanced and clear up is made easier. Extremely simple to operate – turn the slicer on by the switch, place your bread in the chute, and by using the wood bread presser, exert pressure on the bread until it is sliced.
