Most manufacturers only offer a one year warranty but we believe in our products so much we have doubled that. We will honor the manufacturers' warranty in addition to offering a free extended warranty protection up to one extra year with original sales receipt and warranty information. It's easy, If it breaks due to manufacturer defect, we replace it. NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Excluded from BoatStoreUSA.com's Free Extended Warranty Policy are electrical parts, fuel components and computer software. Warranty Returns are for repair or replacement only, no refunds. Returns At BoatStoreUSA, we are committed to providing you the best customer satisfaction possible. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of any new or unopened products within 14 days for exchange or refund. Opened products may incur additional restocking fee. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order and must meet the following requirements: Items must be in brand new, original condition Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, blank coupons and blank warranty cards.
