This is a vintage dress form. It isn't ajustable, the waste is 26 inches the bust is 36 and the widest spot on the hip is 36,it's in good condition. The fabric has been painted black and gray, but I'm pretty sure it's the original brown fabric, you can see the color stapled to the wood bottom and you can also see under the ribbon around the waste there is a thin brown line. It is missing one of the arm or shoulder plates see picture. The metal skirting is still attached and in good condition. The stand is marked Superior Model Form Co. New York, Brooklyn only one of the four wheels work, they look like they have old fabric caught in them and are rusted. This form does adjust height and has a spring on the base so it won't slam down. I do think the stand has been painted as well. Please see pictures for more details and ask any questions.
