White aluminum oxide 100 grit rectangular dressing stone. Used for dressing diamond wheels. Dimensions: 1" thick x 2" tall x 6" long (rectangular). How to use them for dressing; Dip stick into water prior to use, gently push stick into the grinding wheel starting from one side and moving across the width of the wheel. Wheel is dressed when the stick "melts like butter". I have had customers use them for dressing core drills or to sharpen skate blades to name a few.
