Included are the following: 7 Unimac presses (2 double leg, 2 double topper, 1 sleeve, 1 collar and cuff and 1 shirt press) 3 Hoffman presses (2 dry cleaning utility press and 1 mushroom topper press) 1 Form finisher, 1 Cissell steam press, Ironing Board, 1 Spotting Board, 1 Unimac Washing Machine, 1 Steam Pres Dryer by Huebsch Mfg. Co., 1 Aero-Tech USA Perk Dry Cleaner, 1 Lindus 1812 Perk Dry Cleaner ( needs some pipe fittings), 1 Parker Industrial Boiler, 1 - 500 Slot Conveyor, several rolling baskets, Vacuum and all steam traps and pipe, hangers and tickets and Neon Signs. Everthing in the building related to the dry cleaning business MUST GO! All items are sold in "AS IS" condition. No Refunds, No Returns, No Guarantees and No Warranties! Buyer is responsible for detaching and disconnecting all equipment and fittings as well as moving, loading and transporting the equipment. Local help is available for disconnecting and loading upon request but will be an additional expense to the buyer. Terms: Payment is due within 3 calendar days of the auction ending. Equipment must be removed within 10 calendar days of the auction ending unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
