Laminar dry film photopolymer is a negative working aqueous resist designed for print and etch in the production of printed circuit boards.  PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS High resolution capability (sub 40 micrometer) Good post exposure colour contrast for ease of inspection. Good tenting properties Good plating characteristics Alkaline and acidic etch resistant Broad process latitude in each processing step     For a complete instructable go to this web page http://www.instructables.com/id/Dry-Film-Photopolymer-for-making-circuit-boards/   Purchase accepted only through PayPal   Processing:   Surface preparation:  Copper board needs to be free or oil or any contamination.  Clean it with Isopropyl acohol until is free of any contaminant.   Lamination:  Remove the protectic layer with the help of two tapes. Apply the film over the copper clad and pass it through the laminator or iron. Try to avoid any wrinkles and bubbles between the film and the copper.   Exposure:  Laminar can be processed on conventional light sources. I use a 15 watt flouresent light for about 10 to 15 minutes.  The exposure time depends on the light power.  Expose the film until  it becomes light blue, if the film is purple and brittle you exposed it too much and you will have problems during the developing process.   Developing: Remove the second protectic layer. Use a solution of 0 .85% sodium carbonate ( better know as soda ash). For one liter of water pour 0.85 grams of soda ash.  Try to keep the solution between 28 - 30 degree celsius. With the help of a brush gently rub the sourface util the unexposed areas are removed.  Rinse the board with water.   Etching:  For etching you can use your preferred etching solution.   Stripping: For stripping the film you need a solution of 2 - 5% sodium Hidroxyde ( Caustic Soda or Lye). Just put the copper for about 28 to 50 second and then rinse it with water.  CAUTION: If you are using sodium Hidroxyde crystals be careful when pouring water, do it slowly and outside. The solution is going to create heat and release some fumes.  Use gloves when handling the solution on the copper. Shipping:  For orders of two or more rolls I will send one roll the length of the number of rolls combined.
