All address and data for time registers are transferred serially through an I2C bidirectional bus. The DS1307 act as a slave on an I2C bus. FEATURES Complete I2C serial interface. Two wire bidirectional serial communication via SDA and SCL compatible. Counts Seconds, Minutes, Hour Counts Date of Month, Month, Day of week, Year with leap year compesation.
