This machine is made to work! **YOU WILL GET A COMPLETELY (FACTORY) REFURBISHED PRINTER, AN EXTRA NEW PRINT HEAD, AN EXTRA NEW MOTHER BOARD, AN EXTRA NEW CONTROL PANEL, AND 3 PLATENS: ADULT, YOUTH AND SLEEVE ** You will not find a used printer that has had better, more thorough maintenance than this one. We consistently and diligently performed the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly maintenance, and even did more than suggested. We are obsessive about taking care of our equipment. If you are already in DTG, you know this is the key to great prints.  If you're thinking about getting into DTG printing, THIS IS THE KEY TO GETTING GREAT PRINTS.  So, for anyone looking to get started, you won't find a more well maintained used / plus refurbished printer.  Condition is Manufacturer Refurbished.  Still in the box, straight from the trip to the manufacturer for it's complete overhaul. Because of the shutdown, it got held up out in CA for 4 months. We had to keep printing, so we decided to purchase another printer. Now we have this one back, but we don't have room in our shop for it. It's still in the box, back from CA, where it was refurbished.
