The Duke 5/9 Series are hard-working, half-size 30" electric single convection ovens. Model 59-E3C of the 5/9 series features a programmable digital temperature controller, specifically designed for fast-food operations. This temperature controller provides goof-proof operation by providing up to 5 cooking programs. All baking is performed using a cooking program, which guarantees consistent product quality in a fast-food environment.
