Duo Cerlox Comb Punch & Binding Machine This hole punch and binding machine has a lever on the side that operates the hole punches and binding apparatus. There are 21 punches, but the last two don't appear to work so only 19 holes are made, spread over 10.5". There's a knob on the side labelled "binder setting pull - turn". How the unit was tested: Pulling the lever punches 19 rectangular holes in paper and the row of hooks on top slide back and forth. This appears to be a good working unit aside from the two non functional hole punchers at the right end, and the missing front panel.
