The metal mini self-storage structures building kits feature welded clips, steel base angle and trim, and color-coated fasteners. The parts are pre-cut, pre-drilled, and stamped & labeled, with pre-welded factory clips for quick and easy assembly. These structures also come with AZ 55 Galvalume PlusВ© PBR roof panels and 26 gauge, 80,000 psi yield, siliconized polyester baked-on enamel finish. The kit includes 20 rental units, each measuring 10' x 10', with 9.5-foot walls and a 0.5:12 roof pitch. It has an IBC 2012 standard, 115 MPH wind load, 30 lb ground snow load, and 21 lb roof snow load. The seismic coefficient is .25, and it is in seismic zone B with a collateral load of 1, exposure C, and clear span. Loads can be adjusted for local codes. The kit comes with complete drawings, including anchor bolt plans and certification letter, erection drawings, and easy-to-read erection manual. Its parts are numbered for easy assembly. It also includes long-life hex flange bolts, hex nuts, washers, screws & fasteners with matching finish to ensure tightness and weather protection for the entire building.
