Sales tax may be waived if the item is shipped directly to an out of state destination by common carrier. Sales tax is based on the current sales tax rate. Payment & Asset Purchase CISL Company accepts PayPal or pay in person. Please refer to the invoice sent after auction close for details regarding exact payment method accepted for the specific listing. PayPal may not apply for vehicle sales unless stated otherwise. Non-Paying Bidders If full payment is not RECEIVED within four (4) calendar days of auction close for general merchandise and seven (7) calendar days for vehicles, CISL Company reserves the right to cancel the transaction and sell the item to another interested party. A $50 Cancellation Fee will be assessed upon cancellation and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed with eBay. If this Cancellation Fee is not paid the buyer will be blocked from any future bidding with CISL Company. Pick Up Location/Shipping Arrangements Pick up location and/or shipping arrangements will be provided via email within one (1) business day of CISL Company being notified of Buyer's payment. For Items to be shipped - Payment is accepted through PayPal. Depending on shipping availability, FedEx may be used as the shipping courier. Orders over $50 may require signature at time of delivery. For freight shipments, we can provide a quote (please provide zip code and if you are a residence or business w/ forklift or loading dock). All freight items will be banded and palatalized. For international customers, import duties and other associated taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check local laws and speak with your countries customs department regarding import duties/taxes. If item(s) are to be picked up or shipped and pickup is NOT completed by the latest date provided and no contact has been established to change committed date, no guarantee can be made that the item will be protected and cancellation may be necessary. If the transaction is cancelled due to failure to pickup the item as scheduled, NO refund will be given (if applicable). Further, per diem storage fees (up to 5% of selling price per day) may be assessed beginning on the final pickup date specified in the listing or as agreed upon between CISL Company and the buyer.
