This was one of the first inverted microscopes to be used for cell culture in the 1950's.   The "Chemist" scope will include a culture tube holder made in the USA by Bunton.  Large round stage will hold roller bottles, flasks, dishes and trays.   120V 40W with three new spare bulbs.  Brightfield with 6x and 10x objectives.  Add any other RMS 37mm lenses to the quadruple revolving nosepiece.  Includes blue and green filters plus integrated aperture diaphragm in lamp housing for contrast control.  Binocular body tube with pair of Leitz Periplan oculars (10x).   This is the perfect scope to enhance the home microscopy lab for the study of aquatic samples.....you can't easily view collected pond water critters in a petri dish on an upright scope.  Inverted microscopes are best for the study of live cells or organisms in collection or culture chambers.  Plankton counting or monitor the pollution in your local streams and ponds.  Check for mosquito populations in standing water this summer...Zika is coming!    We ship UPS Ground only to the lower 48 USA.  No exports.  Ask questions before bidding..good luck.
