This countertop food warmer is able to keep the foods inside hot as long as the unit is turned on. This warmer has 8 settings so you can ensure that won’t become dry and overcooked in a too-hot warmer. For the wet operation of this warmer you must fill the well with water so that it will touch the bottom of the food pan, and then place a 12” x 20” food pan or (with the use of adapters) a smaller fractional size pan into the warmer. To use this warmer dry, simply turn the unit on and place food inside the well. Warmers such as this one are great for moist foods like cooked vegetables, rice pilaf, and casseroles. The design also features tubular-style elements that heat quickly and regain temperature quickly after food is added. This particular model runs on 120V electricity.
