We ask that all items be paid for in a reasonably quick time-frame. We accept payments thru PayPal, or we can accept payments by Credit Cards made directly through PayPal. (MasterCard, Visa, Discover). We always abide by EBay's rules for Payments, and try to stay up-to-date on any of their changes. Domestic Shipping (United States): We currently run about 90% of our shipments through the EBay shipping system. The rates we charge are the rates that EBay has negotiated with the USPS or FedEx. We do not add any additional shipping charges to these rates. We however, add a minimal cost for materials, normally $2 for regular-size packages. For small, flat items only $1. This covers the expense of boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap, peanuts, etc. For larger items that may take larger, more expensive packaging, we charge a little bit more to cover the special box or packaging. For items that require a common carrier or will take special attention to package or highly fragile items, we ask that you email us for a quote on shipping prior to the sale ending. International Shipping: For international shipping again we use the EBay shipping system and the rates we charge are the rates EBay has negotiated with USPS or FedEx. For international customers we add an additional $1 to cover the extra paperwork involved in shipping internationally. All international shipments are handled by USPS Priority International. This allows for us & you to have international tracking. The rates you are charged are whatever rates EBay has negotiated with the USPS. We do add a minimum of $2.00 per package for costs of materials. There are NO tracking numbers available for First-Class International Mail thru USPS and that is why we use only Priority International. Insurance: We insure all packages that we ship if the value exceeds $75.00. We reserve the right to use the insurance carrier of our choice. If we use a private company the package may not be marked as insured but we guarantee you it will be properly insured. Shipping Time: We make every effort to ship your item in a timely manner. We will ship on a first paid-first shipped basis.(We can NOT ship any item until it has been paid for & the funds have properly 'Cleared') If expedited shipping is needed this can be arranged by a phone call to one of our customer service agents. Local Pickup: Sometimes it makes sense to come by & pickup your item. Or at times, an item may be too large for any other options. If you have arranged local pickup with us, you must pick up the item within 30 days, otherwise it will be subject to storage fees or relisting. We list a very eclectic collection of items for auction on eBay and are not experts in every single area. We represent over 65 individual dealers who supply us with the items and the appropriate descriptions. We make every effort to vet our items prior to listing by researching them to the best of our ability.
