I also try to make shipping cost as accurate as possible. Of the items that I do not stock either due to weight, size or other reason, they may be sent to U.S. addresses directly from my supplier, so there may be a delay in processing and shipping time. Also, concerning the items I do not stock, there may also be a delay in processing and shipping some items outside the U.S. as some of these items may have to be sent from the supplier to me first before they can be sent to you as some do not ship overseas. Per ebay policies, I can only ship to the confirmed address on the buyers paypal account. No exceptions. APO/FPO Shipping: I have decided that I will no longer ship to APO/FPO addresses abroad. They are either lost by the USPS or take several months to get there. It is just not worth your time or mine. Returns policy: All items that have a “no returns policy” are not returnable. All items that have a 14 day or other return policy must be returned complete, in original packaging and in resellable condition and be returned immediately upon receipt. Returns will also not be accepted if the item or packaging is returned damaged by the buyer, is returned incomplete, has been used and damaged, or is not in resellable condition. All items that have a “no returns policy” are not returnable under any circumstances. “Buyer’s remorse” or I changed my mind is not an acceptable reason for returns.
