There are no k.o.'s knocked out and it has never been wired up.  There are some very minor scuff marks on it, as shown in the last 2 photos.  There are some other minor scuff marks not shown, but overall the enclosure is in reasonable condition cosmetically. The coil voltage is 120 V and the starter contacts are multi voltage up to 600.  There is a wiring diagram and knock-outs for adding push buttons, pilot lights, etc.  There are no overload elements installed.  Starter is size 1.  Enclosure is Nema 3R. This is not a combo starter, you will need a separate disconnect. Please examine the photos carefully.  They are part of the description.  Please ask any questions you have before buying.  I can generally respond quickly.
