These are all artist grade, erasable pencils. They are used by artists, animators, architects, engineers and students. Some of the pencils have the Faber Castell label and some Eberhard Faber, all the same company, both Faber labels were bought by Sanford that makes Prismacolors. These pencils are new open stock, in fine condition, about 10 to 15 years old. You get the following colors: A/ EBERHARD FABER 21 rose 19 lavender 22 green 11 light peach 3 brown 6 canary yellow 10 blue, sharpened, no eraser B/ FABER CASTELL 26 carmine red 20 non photo blue 6 white 5 orange 1295, no brand on label but has color name and number, came in a Faber Castell box of 12 pencils 5 pink 1288, same as orange above 5 vermillion 1271, same as orange above 5 yellow 1279, same as orange above It is possible some colors have both Faber Castell and Eberhard Faber labels, e.g. maybe some of the white or non photo blue ones. Shipping: Shipments by air mail and takes 7 to 10 days. Shipments during the Christmas season can take another 3 to 7 days. Shipments will be in a box and include tracking. Other Direct Resolution: The buyer agrees to contact me first to discuss, and if need be negotiate a remedy, for an issue of dissatisfaction, and then wait 3 days to allow time for us to discuss the matter, before opening a dispute case with Ebay or leaving negative or neutral feedback. Ebay clearly encourages such direct discussion and resolution between a buyer and seller and that is long also a custom within Ebay. Materiality: If the amount of the alleged loss to a buyer is less than $3, the buyer agrees not to file a dispute with Ebay, and secondly, not to leave negative comments in feedback or non-positive feedback. I believe that my prices are generally low enough that the buyer has already benefited from them, and this rule save time for everyone including Ebay. Refunds: Once a buyer receives a full rebate, they will not leave any feedback; since in essence the sale has been voided and they have been made whole. Similarly, once a buyer agrees to a partial refund and receives that refund within 3 days (assuming they are set up to receive payments), they will not leave any feedback.
