Eberline E-520 with Pancake style Geiger-Mueller (GM) probe with cable.  We have several types of GM Pancake probe and will send one with the unit.  If you have a preference, let us know and we can send that.  We have Eberline HP-260, Ludlum Model 44-9, and some other GM pancakes.  We would also add a HP-270 "Hotdog" style GM if you prefer.  Just let us know.  This is the industry standard for measuring radiation contamination (alpha, beta, gamma) and will work for you in most any application including personal security after a nuclear event.  Note this set up DOES NOT HAVE A SPEAKER.  We have a unit with SK-1 speaker in another listing for $410 each. The meter and probe have BNC connectors.  These units don't make any sound when operating.  We have speakers available for $25 each plus $10 for the speaker cable or you can buy the combo in another listing.  You could get a set of headphones too with a BNC connector.   The probes are "pancake" style GM detector similar to an Eberline HP-260 or Ludlum Model 44-9 (they all use the same GM tube) and is the industry standard for performing radiation surveys.  You cannot adjust the high voltage on these meters.  They will only drive GM probes.  We offer a 30 day unconditional warrantee.
