Simply unplug and remove a standard 1156 reverse lamp and replace it with this product from Ecco. IF you Desire a blade style bulb please check our listings for the Ecco 111-000 model. This warning alarm and light operates at 12 VDC. This warning alarm and light is suitable for non-commercial vehicles only. It is not intended for use as a commercial back-up alarm.
