Doc's Industrial Magnetics Store      You are looking at a new Eclipse Magnetics E940 Magnetic Holdfast, Round Shape, 88 lb of Pull Force, 2.17" Diameter x 1.95" Height, Fixing Holes PCD 1-1/2". Unplated neodymium (rare earth) disc magnet. Neodymium magnets are the strongest magnets available. Neodymium material itself is brittle. They are best used where space is at a premium or a very high level of magnetism is required. This is a higher than standard grade of Neodymium (N38SH grade) magnets and operates at a maximum temperature (145 degrees C). Made from Alnico 5 material, Provides a powerful, rigid support on flat and round components at various angles during welding and welding preparation application 44 pounds pull capacity, 1-3/4" Length x 1-3/4" Height x 1-1/4" Width Can be built into work holding, handling and assembly fixtures to provide a powerful grip Intimate contact grip is sometimes so powerful that the supplied jacking screw is needed to detach the magnet from loads Unit has two M8 holes on the top face Neodymium (rare earth) magnet, uncoated - N38SH Grade (Higher temperature grade than N35) Neodymium magnets are the strongest magnets available Pull force of 1.7 pounds Maximum temperature of 145 degrees C 0.25-inch length x0.25-inch width x0.10-inch thickness, bare
