Ecobee3 Power Extender Kit (PEK) - Adds C Wire This Ecobee3 power extender kit (PEK) allows you to add a C wire to complete your Ecobee3 install. The PEK requires your system to have the following wires:  4 wires: W, Y, G, and R (or Rc or Rh), OR 3 wires: Y, G, and R (or Rc or Rh). These power extenders were included with ecobees that I purchased, but did not need. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
