Ecolab dispenser Model: OAS PRO 4 SB 3 chemical/soap/cleaner dispenser + water Has hoses with it. Not sure what else it will need to be operational. Used. Needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Built in bracket to fasten to wall. The plastic back does have a crack across it. It could be glued, or once it is fastened to the wall it should be fine. Doesn't seem to effect the usage of device.
