This listing is for a used Commercial Quality Edlund Model 395 knife sharpener.  The unit has been thoroughly cleaned, and functions as it should. It will sharpen any of a variety of knives, cleavers, and commercial cutlery.  There are some issues, all of which can be seen in the photos.  The guide shows some wear, and some damage to front and rear.....it does not affect the functionality of the unit.  There are some scratches to the stainless....which can also be seen in the photos.   Starting bid considers the overall condition of this piece...."new" the model 395 is $400 plus.     Please look at the photos and bid accordingly. As with all of my auctions, I'm available for quesitons.
