Recently surplused by an optoelectronics company lab.  Optical surface on excellent condition, no visible damage.  This item will be carefully packed to ensure no damage.  Item is being sold as-is, mounted to an aluminum cylinder.  I can not do any further testing to this other than I did confirm its effective focal length by focusing an image of the setting sun today and it was 50.4 mm (2 inches) away from the center of the aperture.  See Edmund Optics page link for diagram describing the effective focal length and location of image plane for this unique and rare optic.  No reserve, thanks!
