This is a listing for a new Edwards Adaptatone multiple tone industrial signal, part number 5531BHV-Y6. This item has not been installed or wired as you can tell by the photos and the knockouts are still in place. This signal is in excellent condition, I do not have the original box and the listing for these on several websites is well over $1,000.00 dollars.Features: • Stand-alone. 19 tone capability - No additional tone modules needed • Four 3 pulse temporal tones • Weatherproof • Four input, four output • Corrosion resistant heat flowed epoxy finish Description The Edwards 5531BHV Adaptatone Signal is a heavy-duty industrial, tone-selectable, stand-alone, signaling device capable of producing volume- controlled, high-decibel tones. The signal accepts up to four contact closures and delivers four audible output signals selected from the 19 tones available. The four tones may be selected by setting miniature switches within the unit. See Adaptatone Tone Selection, page 4-64. The electrical inputs activating an Adaptatone Signal are received from field-wired, normally open contacts or from the Cat. No. 5538-4 and/or Cat. No. 5538-4R Adaptatone Signal Actuators.
