Good cosmetic condition.  Unit powers on, meters fluctuate, knobs seem to generate responses, but no other testing done. Condition is described to the best of my ability and any known defects are noted.  If you would like additional pictures, or if I am able to try particular tests, or give additional information, please don't hesitate to ask.
