Eico Oscilloscope Model 425. Powers on, nothing on display. Needs repairs... No idea how to fix these old scopes, just not my thing. I've been using it as a display piece in my shop.  Probably just needs new caps. Has some surface rust on the outside panels, but otherwise looks in good shape. Has the front handles, no top handle. Item will be professionally packed in custom box and shipped UPS ground. I'll take extra care to protect the display.
