Electric Precision 4" Width Rolling Press with Dual Micrometer - MSK-HRP-MR100A MSK-HPR-MR100A (upgrade from EQ-MR100A) is a CE Certified compact precision electric rolling press. It has dual rollers of 100 mm dia. x 100mm width and dual grade micrometer. It is an ideal rolling press for adjusting thickness and increasing active material density of the electrode in Li-Ion batteries research after coating and drying. SPECIFICATIONS: Working Voltage 110V / 220V AC single phase selectable 220V AC Power plug is not included.  Max. Please strictly follow the instructions during operation Must use acetone to clean and dry rollers' surfaces after each use to avoid rusting Apply antirough if machine were to be unused for a long period of time Never roll materials with hardness > 50HRC The minimum thickness of the rolled sheet should depend on the physical property of the materials.
