Water jacketed heating and melting tanks are the original thermostatically controlled double boiler style melting heating tank. Works like a steam kettle Includes two temperature controlled heating elements, removable top split stainless steel lid with mixer bridge and access ports, two temperature gauges(one for water one for product) ,fill and release plugs, two 2” ferrule ports. Features •IDEAL FOR MELTING Soap Mixtures, Materials and substances including Butter, Oil, Wax, Soy, Glycerin, honey, Melt & Pour Bases, Cocoa Butter, Avocado Butter, Jojoba Oil, Almond Oil, Camellia Oil, Brazil Nut Oil, Olive Oil, Soy, Vegetable Palm Wax, Coconut Butter and more. •The thermostatic controls (temperature controlled) and double boiler style provides the most even heating possible and no "hot spots." •Water jacket melting tanks with two immersion heaters are virtually 100% energy efficient since they transmit all their heat within the liquid itself and maintain a constant temperature. •Constructed of a high-grade stainless steel 16 gauge, type 304 stainless steel construction) with 2B finish that provides years of service while maintaining excellent appearance with no rust, chipping or flaking and prevents rusting and chipping. •Intelligent, practical design allows you to quickly and easily insert replacement heating elements for efficient on site repair.
