Electro Motive USA Dual Mica Ceramic Trimming Compression Capacitor NOS - 1960's Dual mica compression trimmer capacitor with capacitors set in ceramic block   -  1 1/16" x 1 3/16" x 7/16" Thick Body. Maximum  Voltage = 1 kV Includes silvered mica plates to limit range.  One capacitor = 390 - 470 pf,   2nd capacitor is two sections in series:       first one 230 - 375pf, second 140pf fixed.  Note: by removing the extra flat plates and silvered mica sections, you can create various combinations eg. 10 - 80pf with two plates one mica; 20 - 120pf with three plates and two mica pieces; or 10 - 75pf with just the top two plates and one mica piece.
