This unit is used on a number of different Electroglas wafer probing systems. Unit comes with stand, camera, lens assembly, power supply, darkfield ring light, brightfield fiber optic cable, and two light sources. The darkfield ring light puts light around the area being looked at. The brightfield puts light on the item being looked at. Focal point of camera is approximately 3 inches. The camera assembly consists of the camera (pn=STC-620CC), OPTEM 2.0x Mini (pn=299029), OPTEM Zoom 70XL (pn=36-65-91 with .75x sticker), light combiner for brightfield, then a focus lens. Optics should probably be cleaned prior to install due to dust, etc. from being in storage. Testing Done: Used unit that was pulled from decommissioned system. both light sources turn on and produce light. connected camera to a monitor via the BNC/composite video and confirmed it shows an image.
