Kilovoltmeter: C196 (0-7,5kV), (0-15kV), (0-30kV) 100% working condition. The scale is changed manualy. Original box, manual, power cord is also included. This kilovoltmeter is used to measure DC and AC within a wide range of frequencies in the circuit with one pole grounded, i.e.  in grounded circuit. Electrostatic kilovoltmeters C196 can measure the tension in incomplete circuit, i.e. in circuit with two live wires. General specs: Accuracy class: 1%; Type of the current: AC / DC; Operating Frequency: 20Hz - 14MHz; Voltage kV:   0 - 7.5, 0 - 15, 0 - 30; Measurement range: from 27 to 100% of full scale range; Normal frequency: 50 Hz.  Operating frequency range: AC from 20 Hz up to: 14 MHz - on the range 0 - 7.5 kV; 8 MHz - on the range   0 - 15 kV; 2 MHz - on  the range  0 - 30 kV. Dielectric test voltage between the high voltage electrode and the housing connected to the power circuit of illuminator: 16 kV - in the range of readings 0 - 7.5 kV; 26 kW - in the range of readings 0 - 15 kV; 45 kV - in the range of readings 0 - 30 kV; Input capacity does not exceed: 15 pF;  Input capacity does not exceed; 15 pF;  Response speed: less than 4s.  Between illuminator power circuit and the housing 2kV; Insulation resistance of high-voltage electrode as to the housing is at least: 104 M?; Power supply of illuminator: AC 50 Hz with the voltage of 127V or 220V; Dimensions: 280x645x239mm; Weight: 11kg.
