Tested to power up and heat up very quickly - Some burning at base of interior (see pics) - scratches and scuffs typical of used equipment - some superficial corrosion on exterior metal components (see pics) 'Heat' lamp does not turn on steadily until you dial up to around level 5 - may have an issue with temperature senor/internal thermometer. Made in England
