5KW Powermate backup generator (6250watt peak) with a Reliant six breaker transfer switch and a 25 ft power cable. Generator is powered by a 10HP Subaru gasoline engine with ~120 run hours. Engine has always used 90+ octane with Sta-bil fuel stabilizer. Engine starts without hesitation and runs strong both loaded and unloaded. You are welcome to test it from cold iron at time of pickup.  Transfer switch has (4) 15amp single pole breakers and one 2-pole 40amp breaker (which can be split into two 20amp breakers) and comes with the installation manual with wiring instructions. Once wired into your home's breaker panel, the transfer switches allow you to safely power critical home circuits without the risk of backfeeding the utility supply which can destroy the generator and your meter loop. If purchased new, the generator would cost you ~ $700 and the transfer switch ~ $280. Although not new, this equipment is reliable and has been well maintained. I've upgraded to a whole house propane generator and no longer need this one. This is tried and true dependable equipment that is PRICELESS during an ice storm or hurricane. The generator weighs about 175 lbs but I can help you load it. Thanks for looking.
