Electron Microscope Science EMS-550X (equivalent to Emitech K550X) sputter coater with an EMS-150X thickness controller and an Edwards RV8 two-stage vacuum(down to 0.02 mbar), Stage rotating function. One used gold target, thoroughly cleaned and fully refurbished, guaranteed to work with one month warranty (user pay return shipping), As shown in the pictures, the polymer film have very shinny gold color and excellent electrical conductivity. Operation manual included, every part included (vacuum hose, tubing to Argon gas, cables). Ready to use if you have Argon gas. 110 V electrical power for US operation. The EMS-150X can control the deposition thickness with a quartz thickness monitor (included in the package). It is connected to the EMS-550X with two BNC cables These units are made in UK with high quality. The plasma is cold and will not damage soft materials such as polymers. They can be used either for SEM/TEM samples or prepare electrodes for electrical test. This sputtering machine is in perfect working condition in our lab. We are upgrading our system to new unit with Turbo pump and stage cooling function.
