Model is S40101. Item itself is new, never used. Photos below show what is included, and showing what is missing. Paperwork is included and shown in photos, as well. Note, I see some minor discoloration (some kind of stains on the handle). I guess, but not sure if this can be cleaned. I did not want to try to clean it myself.
