I was going to make this trailer into a custom concession trailer for food, BBQ, wedding, events, etc. All doors open UP on both sides. The front and back doors swing open as well. Gas shocks hold up the all the doors nicely. Looking for someone to take on this project. It's a good bare bones unit. This is all steel made trailer, heavy duty. Was ex-government unit so no expenses spared, they made it really strong and built to last. They used it as a water cleaning station and everything is original as you can see in the photos. Just needs some paint and customization and you have yourself a nice trailer. Tires are good. Water tank, generator and everything inside is not included in the asking price. But is available for sale separately. It's currently setup nicely to be used as a pressure washer cleaning station. Has 200 gallon water tank, generator, hose reel, also stainless steel black water holding tank, probably about 300 gallon, cleaning station. Good for car wash detail guys. I'll sell everything for $5k or $4,000 Firm on just the trailer
